Happy Friday! It’s Weigh In Day…

Today is our first weigh in.  What do I think about this….hmmmm, Well? The way I see it, even if you didn’t lose anything, you are still a success! Why? Because each and every one of us, is now thinking more about what we eat, what our PERSONAL goals are, and in all honestly, how we may have been neglecting our own needs.  With us focusing our minds on what we want to change, and what is important to us, we all stand to gain more than one benefit from this project and that is a big WIN no matter how you look at it. 

My advice for the day….

Decide what ONE thing you want to accomplish for the day.  The ONE thing, that at the very end you will look back and be proud of what you accomplished.  That could be a business task, that could be taking an hour away from the office, no matter what you have on your to do list, or that could be looking up a new healthy recipe and making that for your dinner this evening…..whatever it is, make it personal to you and something that will make you feel great about yourself and how you continue to be a winner, in all aspects of your life.

    Hey ladies, has anyone tried the skinny girl margarita? Not a homemade one, or at a bar, but the one you can purchase at the store? I am curious, if it is any good. That’s the one invented by Bethany Frankel from TV. Let me know…

      Sounds intersting. I have never tried it but just googled it and found out about it. Here in PA, we have to go to the PA liquor store to buy it. It’s 100 calories for 4 oz. and is sweetened with agave nectar (sweetner that looks like honey but is made from the same cactus plant that tequila is made from). A regular 4oz. margarita is 500 calories…..OMG!!!

    Someone brought skinny girl to my house last weekend. It had a slight aftertaste but considering only 35 calories per serving…..I would say it’s fantastic! On another note, thanks for the inspiration team!

    Thanks for setting this up for us! What a great way to roll into a Friday. Week one was a success. We have a “super fantastic team” to support us. It’s nice to have more fun and new friendships taking a priority in my life. I’d say OCT wellness is working already.

    Happy Friday! Week 1 has come to an end. I am considering this week as a “warm up” with a little higher goals for next week! Remember it took a while to form those bad habits having patience for gradual change is a recipe for success- enjoy the day!
